“Six to twelve inches” of snow is coming to Washington DC. The Accuweather forecast map below shows the heaviest snow (dark blue) will be in and around the District of Columbia starting tonight and through tomorrow.
With forecast like this, people around here make a run on the essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, etc. Local weather reports like to use a metric called the bread meter. How the “bread meter” works is like this: worse the weather the less bread remains on the store shelves. Personally, I would throw toilet paper into the mix as well.
Many children around the region are probably praying for no school tomorrow. Some of the grown ups I know would not mind staying home either. Collectively, all doing the snow dance, make it a Snow Day. I am indifferent either way. Got plenty of toilet paper in the house.
