Easy to lose oneself among noises.

Noises from human, machines, or both.

Where am I? What to do?

Reclaim oneself first, quieting the mind.

Feel the transition, inhale and exhale.

Listen to the silence between noises.

Feel the self beneath the mind’s eyes.

Can you hear, see, feel that?

You are right here and now.

Leave everything else irrelevant and unimportant.
