Day 7 Week 3 – Week In Review

Three weeks down, seventeen to go.

Seventeen may sound like a lot but twenty percent or one-fifth of the marathon training will be over after next week.  Just to put things in perspective.

Total 37 miles for this week (VO2Max, tempo interval, and easy miles).  Received comment about “run free” to revive the joy of running. Will give that a try during easy runs in the upcoming week.
