It’s mid-July and the weather is getting hot around the Washington DC area (about to get more humid and hotter).
The air was thick. Someone said, “it’s humid.” I looked up to the sky, and yup it is overcast. Like a lid. Glad that I only had 11 mile long run to do – all easy pace (9:00 to 9:45).
And on top of that, the overcasted sky finally turned into rain towards the end of my run. It felt refreshing.
Everyday is a good day when you run.
