Day 7 Week 11 – Week In Review

Total distance ran this week – 37 miles

This is the first week of the second half of my marathon training.  And I run fast (cutdown), and I run long, all in the same week.  This allows me to exercise my workout and recovery cycle.

Physically, I feel that I am getting in shape nicely.  Now is time to add to my mental game and develop my strategy to potential mental barriers.

Visualization, reflection, and active engagement are some of techniques that are common.  I will try a variety of them to see which one fits me the best.
