Week In Review – Daylight Saving Ends

First day of November.  ALREADY.

In US, daylight saving time and Halloween are things of the past (as of today).  Also this week, I total thirteen miles (ran six on Thursday and Seven on Saturday). It is a time of transition.

The temperatures in the mornings and nights preview the colder weather ahead.  Soon the plants would need to be moved indoor to stay warm.  Couldn’t help but think perhaps the opposites are true for folks in the southern hemisphere.

I delay my running from the morning to mid-day now.  Not only to take advantage of the daylight but also the warmer temperature.  Of course, the extra sleep in the morning is a plus.  So does more yoga practices.

Maybe it’s just me, but it seems to get busier and busier as the year 2015 races to the end. Well, no need to rush.  I can only live one day at the time.

Hope your week is going well.
