Noticing It!

It is snowing.  Chunks of snow flakes raining down from the sky.  Covering the grass, the trees, and top of the roofs.  Remnant from the last snow is now covered by a fresh clean layer. Looks like the Christmas scenery has returned to Washington DC area.

The record snow storm (Jonas) that graced us 10 day ago has emboldened people’s collective conscious. No one seems be bothered this time around.  Weather forecast has it going to be ONLY 2 to 4 inches in accumulation.  A piece of cake relatively speaking.  Might as well enjoy it.

The other thing I noticed this morning was my lower back.  Feeling like a rusty joint back there.  Not sure if it was related to the weather. But what better remedy than a yoga practice titled “I surrender” to limber it up.

“Find what feels good.” Oh yeah!

What do you notice right now, right where you are?  Did you first clear what was on your mind?
