In Search of Value

The social media, internet, and the likes are great in passing information around.

From an information sharing point of view, the distribution channels have multiplied or exploded. When something big happens, the news travel around the world fast.

The downside of these information explosions is the content quality.

Many of the passed-on messages tend to be the same or variation on the same theme. Very little original content.  As a result, they become like the junk mail, often get thrown out without even being read.

Understand that originality is rare. But can we at least be creative?  Where is the value added?

What do you feel when come across something creative? Is it refreshing, unique, or something else?

    Yes Raymond. My point precisely. Social network and the internet are the great equalizers in terms of information sharing. A lot of cool stuffs have been revealed and shared online. Sometime it can even form a movement.
