There are leaders, and there are followers. In fact, the followers out number the leaders. By definition.
Books and articles have been written about the leaders, their behaviors, accomplishments, and styles.
Conventional wisdom seems to be – study the “leaders,” their achievements and their leadership styles, so others can learn from them and become a leader if so inspired.
But for those who do not care for being a leader and all the associated baggage come with it, follower is just as valid of a position to take.
And with the internet and social media at their disposal, the followers voice can and should be heard. Shouldn’t there be books about the followers?
