Week In Review – 17 Apr 2016

Blogging helps me to focus on the here and now.  This week it’s about our social interactions.

You see, the path of least resistance is tempting but not always meaningful. “No Problems” maybe easy to say but overlooks real issues & opportunities to engage.  Are we really hearing each other? taking care of our health? or just hiding behind our digital gadgets in mindless chatters?

What’s important for the collective we?  Easy to look other way, go with the flow, and not worry about how to invest in our priorities or self governance.  Any wonders why we overreact when life throws us a curve ball?

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I –

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

Ran 16 miles this week (6 miles on Monday, 4 on Wed, and 6 on Fri).
