Week In Review – 19 Jun 2016

In the language of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), “emotion is created by motion” ties movement to one’s emotional state.  Meaning change the way you move will change the way you feel.

While not a student of NLP, I do practice the same philosophy as evidenced by my posts this week, Peace Within and Writing Meditation.  Additionally, an important decision goes to setting my running goals for this training season which will begin end of this month and last for 20 weeks.

Running is my learning by doing  project that gives me plenty opportunities for self improvement and topics for this blog.  For that I am grateful.

Ran 21 miles this week (6 miles on Monday, 4 on Wednesday, 6 and 7 on Fri and Sat).
