Day 2 Week 7 – Why It Matters

8/9/2016 – 7 AM run, tender right ankle, 6 miles easy

Why it matters?  From time to time, it is worth to ask this question on our actions. Intuitively, we believe the answers exist – of course it matters, why otherwise would I be doing it.  But what intuitive may not stand under a closer scrutiny.

Socrates said, the unexamined life is not worth living.  By asking the why it matters question will shed light on our actions and avoid the answers like everyone else is doing it or this is how it always done; worse still, I don’t know.

We are the masters of our life.  What we do matters not only to ourselves but may also affect others.  Ask the question: Why it matters?

Can you answer the question why it matters about what you do?
