Day 7 Week 10 – Week In Review (4 Sep 2016)

9/4/2016 – Rest day, half way point. Ran 40 miles this week.

Milestone check – half way through my 20 week marathon training which means 10 weeks to Harrisburg Marathon (11/13), and even closer to the 2016 general election (11/8).

Hoohoo, time flies.  That is why it is good to know what is that one thing that matters most in your life.  After the Annapolis ten miler last Sunday, I was wondering if my minimal shoes can handle the marathon distance.  This week I worked on my running strides/ posture and am feeling lot more confident.

So the lesson here is don’t give up, if you don’t know whom to vote for this election, still got time to figure it out.  Just remember as a voter, we are part of the process.  As Mahatma Gandhi said, be the change you wish to see in the world.

Have a great week.
