Day 1 Week 13 – Credibility

9/19/2016 – 3.3 miles warm up, 2 x 2.5 miles at 7:50 to 8:00 w/4 min rest, 3.3 miles cool down

My tempo intervals (i.e. 2 x 2.5 miles) time were  19:11 and 19:59.  These intervals were run at a pace slightly faster than my aerobic or marathon pace, thus helps to burn fat more efficiently by condition my body’s waste removal while improving my speed.  The 4 minute rest between intervals was key part in making this workout effective.

Over the weekend (Saturday to be specific) bombing in New York and New Jersey left again the marks of terrorism.  Today the police arrested the suspect related to these bombings.  While the details sketchy, I appreciated the efficiency the authority moved to solve the case and restore citizen’s sense of security.

Often people complain about the government being inefficient and wasteful.  But when it comes to vital moments such as public security and common defense, the government’s role is crucial.  By moving swiftly as in the case of the NY/NJ bombing, the government’s authority and credibility have been maintained.

How do you demonstrate credibility?
