Day 5 Week 18 – Rest Day & Yoga

10/28/2016 – rest day & yoga

Rigor of the marathon training had me got away from yoga, my other favorite. Took advantage of today. Practiced yoga for core, and it felt good.  Good to be back on the mat again.

 

Welcome Autumn sun.

A respite from chilling wind.

Namaste once again.

    very ‘zen’ post for yoga and mindfulness 😉 My whole body screms in discomfort when I do yoga, but the reward when I am done is worth the discomfort. Sometimes we need those little tweaks to our muscles and mind.
