Day 7 Week 18 – Week In Review (30 Oct 2016)

10/30/2016 – Rest day, total 51 miles this week

The transition to taper, has started this week.  What is the significance?  The process involves not only physical adjustment but also psychological adaptation.

Even with 16 marathon experiences, I am still a student of it.  Learning about this sport, its process.  Fine tuning it.  Each time something new.  Never fails.  Any wonder why I do it year after year?

A reminder for those not  yet voted, nine days to election.
