I knew that online privacy is an oxymoron. But I did not need the help of U.S. Congress to sell me out.
In case you haven’t heard the latest news: consumers would have to explicitly opt out if they don’t want their browsing history data be shared. Thanks to the Congressional Republicans who just voted to let internet providers who have all your browsing data to sell them without your permission.

Granted websites are already tracking visitors to their sites through the use of cookies, but you can delete cookies. Your ISP is different. It holds every details (i.e. where, when, how) of your online traffics.
Make sure that you read the fine print & opt-out if you disagree.
