We Are More Alike (Than Different)

Came across a TedTalk by Tom Chi (below) that really had me thinking about the topic that we are more alike than different.

I believe many would agree with Tom, in principle, that everything is connected.  But hearing the way Tom explains it from a scientific perspective (Tom is an astrophysicist) his argument is quite logical and convincing.

Tom’s stories of the heart, the breath, and the mind cleverly tie the connection from our beginning to present and future.  These stories highlight that our differences is merely a variation in degree than in kind.

If you haven’t seen, I highly recommend it – a worthwhile 17 minutes of your time to give it a listen.  And let me know your thought in the comments.
