No Grace Under Pressure

How one deals with pressure says a lot about the person’s character.  When backed against the wall, our tendency is to default to our natural response.  Whether fight or flight, embrace or denial, there is little room for faking it.

This is applicable to you, me or the President of the United States.

Michelle Obama was quoted saying, “being president doesn’t change who you are, it reveals who you are,” grace under pressure is not a given.  It comes down to what we believe deep in our heart, our character.

Unfortunately, our current president reveals to be a calculating showman.  At least that is what he appears to me –  the only thing matters to him is his rating.

How would you view President Trump?
