Week In Review – 4 Nov 2018

In this week, the month crossed over from October to November.  And I resolved to leave my apathy behind.  Because November is jam-packed for me with holidays, midterm elections, and other family events.

Fortunately, dissatisfaction with life can be feedback for our benefit.  I was able to wake up, plan, and prepare myself for this upcoming month.

Naturally, we get distracted by life’s necessary evils – things we must deal with but not aligned with our core values. They are necessary because life isn’t perfect.  My apathy is a case in point.

In addition to this imperfect life, surprise can happen when things don’t go as we expected.  Instead of being flustered, seek alternatives. Because our body knows the answer no matter the situations.

Another option is to find our limits before we get surprised.  So we can move beyond it.

Have a nice week.
