This week sums up to be a confusing time for me . The volatile weather of the spring (i.e. it’s warm and cold) gets me lost coming and going. On top of that, the haze surrounding Washington politics and country at large, has me feeling melancholy.
In time like this, some people turn to religion for guidance. Being an introvert, I find my spiritual path through meditation in attempt to uncover life’s wisdom. More often than not, clarity of the mind helps me better prepared for the physical world.
Still one more week before my Erie marathon training begins. Good time to recommit myself to the whole deal of marathon running. And none better than having the master runner Ed Whitlock as my inspiration.
Even though Ed passed away in 2017 at age of 86, he holds many of the the world marathon records, including the one for age group 85 with a time of 3 hours 56 minutes and 38 seconds.
Have a nice week!
