2 easy miles plus 6 strides, sunny & 76 degree

Final Week

Here I am, Week 20!  Erie Marathon in 5 days.  For the last two and half week, I have been running less volume. Mostly just to keeping my legs loose & neurons firing. 

My weight has come back up a bit due to the cut back in running.  Packing extra calories is part of my pre-race preparations. Perfect.  I am feeling comfortable about the upcoming race. 

Moreover the weather forecast for Erie Sunday are as follows: cloudy, high 67 / low 54, a possible chance of shower.  Close to an ideal race day conditions if you ask me.  

Now I just need to bring it across the finish line.
