“Do what you love” is almost a cliche.
Few people work because they enjoy what they do, or that their work is their passion. Most people work to make a living: you know paying bills, putting foods on the table, keeping a roof over their heads, etc.
When people say they love what they do, they stand better chance if their mind and body are aligned. Meaning they feel what their body is going through. Right there and then. In other words, they are mindful of what they do.
Only when they are true to their feeling, it is possible to achieve or discover their dreams. To do what they love. Even derive joy from paying bills, putting foods on the table, or other mundane tasks.
Because without mindfulness, that chance of finding passion is almost nil.
Opportunity does not knock often. Can people accidentally discover their passion?
