United States Under Siege?

This week is “going to be the hardest moment for many Americans in their entire lives,” said US Surgeon General Jerome Adams, and “if we want to flatten that curve and get through to the other side, everyone needs to do their part.”

What can I do?  I have been staying home, venturing out only for essential stuffs.  Even then keeping my social distance.  But is that enough? Will my action help to slow down the ever increasing trends? Looking at the spread, clearly we are under siege by the virus.

It’s a race against time.  To get through to the other side, we need medical personnels, supplies, and equipments.  All of which are rapidly running out.  New supplies and equipments are in the work but will they be ready in time?

Here is one suggestion:  If you are compelled to wear mask, please consider making it yourself.  Plenty of Youtube videos available to show you how. It’s so simple even I can do it.  And leave the commercial masks to medical personnel and first responders.

Update 4/09/2020 – the national strategic stockpile has run out.

Other ideas you can suggest?
