The heat has returned once again, except this time with a vengeance.
For our area (the Mid-Atlantic), the temperatures have been in the 90’s. But the forecast has it climbing higher in the next few days. In my neighborhood, there is little activities outside throughout the day. Everything seems to give way to the spell of the heat wave, rendering the place eerily quiet.
Unfortunately, our weather is about to get worse. You see the Pacific Northwest, our counterpart on the opposite side of the country, is experiencing record high temperatures (in the 100’s). And these bad boys are coming our way. Yikes! I am not looking forward to it.
