Week In Review – 26 Sep 2021

Seems like bad news occupy our attention more than anything else now-a-day. Maybe an unfortunate collateral of  being under the Coronavirus for more than 18 months. Headlines like the Covid-19 is now the deadliest epidemic this country has ever experienced just does not help putting people’s mind at ease.

Furthermore, this week’s Autumn Equinox ushers in cooler temperatures ahead. Will we see a surge of the cases like last year?  Maybe? Maybe not (with the vaccines).  But one thing is certain, until the Coronavirus is under control, any hope for back-to-office would remain just a hope.

On a positive note, our emotional connections is embedded within all of us. No matter how the bad news may numb our minds, if we keep our hearts open, ample opportunities exist for each of us to exercise compassion, even with people who holds a different view from us.

Stay safe and have a nice week.
