You see, I set a timer for 30 minutes at the beginning of my meditation. I close my eyes and start to work on the three focus areas, my breath, posture, and mind. One by one. Preferably, I would have used my time covering the three and felt calm all over.
That has not being the case of late.
Not sure what is going on? Am I getting too efficient with my meditation? Not going in depth enough? Can’t imaging how I used to meditate for an hour.
