Does It Ring True?

Judgement by the court of public opinion should not rests on who has the loudest voice but on answer to the question: does it ring true? “It” being whatever the argument presented.

Whether 1) the election in 2020 was stolen from former president Trump, 2) the US Supreme Court’s 6-3 super majority politically motivated in their overturning of Roe v. Wade, or 3) the Russian president Vladimir Putin’s claim of restoring the former Soviet glory, the litmus test remains the same: does it ring true?

Despite the person(s) trying to control the narrative flex their muscle — bullying the other voices — as a means of achieving dominance, they can’t change people’s mind if their claims ring hallow.

As Thomas Jefferson warned, “all tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.” Lets not remain silent but ask ourselves the question – does it ring true?

How do you think the “bullying” can be stopped
