Reblog: Moving, not holding on

I am not a Buddhist but often find Buddhist teachings useful.  Particularly associated with suffering and misery in our lives, I find refuge in them.

Such is the case with the quote by Alan Watts, “dropping the craving  . . .  And go with the movement of life.”  Although challenging to accomplish, it resonates with my understanding of the Buddhist teachings.

I hope it too can help you ameliorating life’s hardships.
