Life, Goes On

In the winter, daylight is shortchanged.  The sun sets not only early but also  abruptly. With little warning, darkness engulfs everything.

That’s when I scramble for the reading glasses that I’m still getting used to. Albeit, a helpful aid that compensates for the shortened daylight and relieves my strained eyes.

It’s annoying that I no longer can read fine prints, verifying 8 – 20 digits codes, or checking off anti-robot verification puzzles on my own. It really kills me.

Yes indeed, it sucks to get old.  Wait until my hearings start to go.

What about you that’s different from a year ago?
