“Unconditional Surrender”

President Trump’s demand of Iran’s “unconditional surrender” is a textbook display of bullying– a behavior many of us recognize all too well. It operates on a simple logic: the pressure will continue until the victim stops resisting.

Worse yet, the Congress has decided to abdicate its role in our system of checks and balance, allowing the behavior to proceed unchecked. Effectively, they are accomplices to the act–a timely preface to the upcoming mid-term elections.

Politics aside, we all recognize that bullying is fundamentally wrong. If we do nothing to stop it, this ill-repute will not just belong to the administration, it will belong to the American people.

What would you do to stop the bullying?
