Subjective Contribution

We, as human beings, are living organisms with subjective perspectives. Whether it’s our  creativity, observation, judgement, or other innate facets, these drivers shape the decisions and behaviors we make. Yet, they are often shunned in favor of an objective viewpoint.

Be objective, tangible, and measurable has an aura of unbiased, impartial legitimacy affixed. However, these are the qualities that machines can replicate, often with greater precision. What sorely missing is our subjective advantage–our unique contribution, which are often overlooked.

While standards, processes, and controls are essential for efficient mass production, true innovation and breakthroughs spring from individual talents. Imagine Da Vinci, Shakespeare, or Beethoven, if they had merely followed the rules.

Therefore, do not suppress your inner voice for the sake of conformity or sacrifice your individuality to peer pressure. The world desperately needs our unique, subjective contribution that only we can offer.

Do you believe each of us is special and capable of contributing?
